The ‘Lamentation of Christ’ is the right wing of the altarpiece, inv. no. WAF 223. As in ‘The Crucifixion’ other scenes from the life of Christ can also be seen in the background: the ‘Entombment’, the ‘Resurrection’ and the ‘Ascension of Christ’.
