These two panels (see inv. no. WAF 837) originally formed a diptych. They depict scenes from the Passion, the Last Judgement, the Enthroned Madonna and Child and a number of different saints. The lively narrative, the wealth of detail and the painterly sophistication testify to the high quality of painting by artists of the School of Rimini in the fourteenth century.
